Annual Report for The Fundraising Authority
Thank you so much for being part of our community here at The Fundraising Authority. Our website, podcast, classes and consulting practice all exist because of you, our readers. Thank you! As we did last year, this year I want to offer you a brief overview of our Fundraising Authority community in 2013.
This past year, The Fundraising Authority welcomed 542,462 visitors to our site – an increase of over 32% over 2012.
The top 10 cities for our visitors were New York, London, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Sydney, Melbourne, and Houston. Our own hometown of Philadelphia came in 13th. Come on Philly!
Most of our visitors found us through a search engine, with Google being the most popular, followed by Bing, Yahoo and Ask.com.
As of the time of this post, 15,016 people are subscribed to our Fundraising Authority Newsletter, an increase of 39% over 2012. We currently have 3,409 followers on Twitter.
The top social network referring to our site was Twitter, followed by Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google+.
